He touches on the fact that there are just a lot more (did he say 58% of all CEOs?) tall white men (6 feet or taller) who are CEOs compared to the fact that there are only 3.8% (or 3.9%?) white men who are 6 feet or taller. And yes, looking good works for women in the workplace too.
